In 2025, we transitioned our mentorship program, Everforth Engage and Empower, to a scalable enterprise platform, with 78 percent of participants completing the six-month program and a 98 percent satisfaction rate.
  • Maintaining a robust performance management program remains a key focus. 100 percent of eligible employees participated in performance reviews in 2025, reinforcing our commitment to transparency, development, and continuous improvement, supporting long-term retention.
